We do not contact institutions

The intake request is used to understand the situation and help narrow the resource path. We do not contact employers, facilities, agencies, or care providers from this form.

You can keep it brief

A few words like supervisor, retaliation, coworker, foster care, detention, nurse, therapist, caregiver, or workplace harassment are enough to start.

Confidentiality has limits

Use a safer device or direct call if monitoring is a concern. Do not include emergency information or facts you are not ready to share.
