Information you choose to send
When you submit an intake request, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, optional phone number, general location, safest contact preference, and selected intake categories. We use that information to review your request and help point you toward resources that may be relevant to your situation.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure page views, traffic sources, scroll activity, outbound clicks, phone-click events, and non-sensitive intake events such as form start, step movement, and submission completion.
We do not intentionally send Google Analytics names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text intake details, or specific abuse descriptions. Our custom analytics events are limited to general site behavior and conversion measurement.
Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Lead follow-up
Intake submissions may be sent to our connected intake systems so the team can follow up using the contact method you provide. Do not include emergency information in the form. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or local emergency services.
